Rice box actually uses their online ordering. If China chef isn’t going to use it they should take it down.getting to the store and they don’t know what you are talking about is very frustrating.

I thought this was going to be a very good way to order, pay, and pick up food. However, I am extremely disappointed and upset by the very poor performance of the restaurant (China Chef @ 1347 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN, 37745-4236, ph. 423 787 1990). Submitted online order and received email showing everything correct. All items, prices, and payment.
When arrived at the restaurant, they had no idea what was going on and stated they could not find the order.
What should have been a simple task of picking up a prepaid order (plus tip) turned into a nightmare. My husband was very upset since he doesn't hear well and was the one picking the order up. I will never use this online ordering again.
Now I am concerned that the money will be charged to my card after my husband paid cash.

I Would have spent over 30.00 today but I live 1.7 miles away and would have been charged 15.00 dollars for the delivery. You realize that's less than two miles, right? Not even a quarter tank of gas?
Good job losing a customer before I even bought something.

Tried to place an online order for delivery today. It totaled $15.40 (over the $15 minimum). When I went to pay it wanted to charge a $15 delivery fee for 3.3 miles even though they already add a $2 delivery fee before check out. Don't have a problem with China Chef's food at all but their online orders are not as simple and easy as Rice Box.

This place sucked ass. Big time. Friendly service, but who cares? We got the food to go, took a bite of each item, they were all terrible, threw it all out. Waste of money. The food tasted like fried road kill from last month. Never again. :(

China chef is by far the best Chinese food you're going to find in east Tennessee. People around here like going to the local buffets and like to say that china chef is too expensive, but i disagree. the food quality at the buffet places ...?
